Rogers Hometown Hockey
Submitted By Karie McDougall on Tuesday, March 6, 2018
On March 2nd, 3rd and 4th, the UMHA participated in the ROGERS HOMETOWN HOCKEY event and what an event it was!!!

From the Hockey Hall of Fame Exhibits, to the NHL viewing parties to the Hometown Hockey Parade, it was a weekend full of showcasing our community and our minor hockey programs to all of Canada and the world!

The UMHA would like to take this opportunity to thank Scotiabank for the very generous donation we received at the Hometown Hockey event! We are very appreciative of the funds and look forward to putting them to good use,

Thank you to the many families who braved the cold (and wind...Brrr) to support this amazing hockey spectacle.

Three cheers to our mite and atom players who participated in the ball hockey event.  We hope you had fun!

Finally a very special thank you to Rogers, SportsNet, Hometown Hockey sponsors, and to all of OUR volunteers who assisted in making this weekend a GREAT ONE (no hockey pun intended)!

If you were not able to make it out to the event, check out our gallery of photos and videos!
