Discussing Anti-Discrimination Policies Related to Gender Identity and Gender Expression - PRESEASON CHATS

Last year, all team officials completed the e-learning training, specific to “Understanding Discrimination based on Gender Identity and Gender Expression” and A Guide to the Confidentiality Policy and Dressing Room Policy”.  Moving forward, the OHF is now requiring this information be passed on to the parents and players of each team in order to create a safe and inclusive environment.

The OHF feels that it is critical that Pre-season chats take place at the beginning of this season and the beginning of each subsequent season moving forward.

Please click here to view the OHF Announcement.

Please find attached the "Pre-Season Chat" checklist that will be used to provide this important information to the teams. (Pre-Season Chat Checklist)
